Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform general engineering methods while utilizing advanced technologies to develop solutions in the medical device industry.
You will ensure customer expectations are met by evaluating existing products and processes for failure analysis and implementing improvements using standard data analysis practices.
This role requires embedding Quality within the Engineering discipline by adhering to QMS, facilitating corrective actions, and contributing to the journey to 5 Sigma.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
Root cause analysis and data analysis techniques
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Familiarity with Integer Production System methodologies
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least three years of relevant experience
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems
