  • The GTM Sales Operations team plays a key role in advancing Zillow’s mission by building the future of integrated transactions.
  • As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will support and play a pivotal role in executing the compensation planning and performance agenda for Zillow’s Agent Sales and Preferred teams.
  • In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Base: $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 (CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC); $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 (CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT); Equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
