Job Summary

  • Drive improvements to technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases to ensure engineering documentation remains current, discoverable, and organized.
  • Identify and drive mitigation of operational scalability risks as deployed systems grow from prototypes to hundreds of assets.
  • Partner with engineering teams to establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability practices for deployed software releases and firmware/hardware subsystems.
