Job Summary

  • Ensure operational continuity of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP, addressing incidents and requirements in SAP SD, with practical experience in LE Tra and the ability to support integrations and processes related to SAP TM.
  • Manage AMS tickets (incidents, requests, and minor changes) for SD/OTC, LeTra, and processes connected with TM, prioritizing by severity (P1/P2/P3).
  • Document solutions in a knowledge base (KB/runbook), including reprocessing steps, frequent scenarios, diagnostic checklists, and user communication templates.
