Job Summary

  • The Guest Experience team is responsible for executing the enterprise-wide vision for Capital One Lounges and Landings, aiming to redefine the premium travel market.
  • In this role, you will be the primary steward of our Dallas lounge infrastructure, ensuring facilities are pristine, technology is seamless, and operations remain in strict compliance.
  • This is an on-site, in-person role at the Capital One Lounge at DFW, requiring physical presence 4 to 5 days a week, with opportunities for flexible hours and shifts, including select evenings and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management
  • At least 3 years of customer facing operations experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite or project management software
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in facilities management (Preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
