  • CHRL/CHRP designation preferred
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • High volume recruitment in fast-paced environment
  • Behavior-based interview techniques knowledge
  • iCIMS Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in unionized healthcare environment
  • Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Access
  • Proven customer service focus
  • Workforce planning and staffing forecasting experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resource Management
  • CHRL/CHRP designation or working toward it
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards Act and Ontario Human Rights Code
