Supporting the Production Co-Ordinator, the Supervisor safely leads and manages the production team and ensures that the site’s processes are compliant with PACT Group best practice procedures.
The Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision and direction of production team in the designated area, including safe and efficient production, running of plant and equipment, and welfare for all employees on the shift.
