Salary
Base: $113,000 - $149,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost

Must-have
6+ years electromechanical hardware experience
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise
MBOM and work instruction documentation
Quality management and business application programs
Capacity planning and continuous improvement analysis
Supplier sourcing and production issue resolution
Nice-to-have
Aircraft program or aerospace defense exposure
Software scripting experience in any language
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC standards
Culture of innovation and technical mentorship
Key Requirements
U.S. Citizen Required
Degree in engineering, math, or hard science preferred
6+ years experience in manufacturing or electromechanical design
Flexibility for regular travel between locations
Ability to work in resource-constrained environments
