The Corporate Accounting Leader drives process excellence and documentation across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting.
This role partners closely with Global Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls as the business grows.
The position requires a leader capable of mentoring teams, integrating acquired businesses, and maintaining scalable standardized processes within a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing or cost accounting exposure
Experience building and documenting processes
Strong understanding of AR, AP, Payroll
Experience with ERP systems
Nice-to-have
CPA or CMA certification preferred
Experience supporting acquisitions integration
Infor LN system experience
Willingness to travel to operating sites
Ability to wear PPE in manufacturing areas
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CMA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing or cost accounting exposure required
