Key Requirements
Relevant qualification in Project Management/engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience in project and construction management (projects > £5m)
Broad knowledge of construction and design process, including safety
Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (CDM Regulations)
Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
Ability to manage diverse teams
Excellent communication and IT skills
Ability to write high-quality reports and interrogate financial information
Commercial awareness
Full current driving licence
Willingness to travel around islands and to UK
Awareness of NEC contracts and procurement methods
