Must-have
Bachelor's degree in biological or clinical laboratory science
2+ years of pertinent clinical laboratory experience
Proficiency in molecular biology protocols and NGS techniques
Experience operating liquid handling robots and sequencing instruments
Ability to troubleshoot moderate instrumentation issues
Nice-to-have
MB(ASCP) certification preferred
Experience with PCR tests and library construction
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Contribution to training efforts and SOP development
