Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any Technology Stream, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in developing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and integration with editor tools APIs
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Express, and developing FAST API
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more backend programming languages
  • Full stack (programming/software development, database administration, information security, solution architecture, Software Configuration)
  • Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and AWS cloud services
  • Proficiency in Git for version control
  • Experienced with relational and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with building scalable AI Solutions within a modern technology stack
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
  • Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3-5 Years of experience working in Agile Methodology in highly regulated environments
  • 3-5 years of experience with biopharmaceutical R&D, Clinical and regulatory business processes, systems, and data
  • Additional programming languages such as Node.js / TypeScript, C#, or Java
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and refining prompts for generative AI models
  • Experience with building, deploying, and managing Docker images
