  • By building strong relationships with key faculty and school stakeholders and gathering business intelligence, this role develops a deep understanding of faculty and school priorities at scale.
  • This understanding is used to shape and align Library services, ensuring they are user-friendly, clearly understood, and responsive to current and emerging needs across disciplines.
