Magellan Health is seeking a Military Family Life Counselor to provide behavioral counseling services to military children and their families at various installations. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a mental health-related field, relevant licensure, and experience in child and adolescent development

Job Summary

  • Provide the full breadth of Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) counseling services to children of all ages of military service members and their families.
  • Services include non-medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, and consultation to installation command.
  • Counselors will be assigned to child development centers, youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments, working closely with installation Points of Contact (POC).
