Job Summary
Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related IFRS or GAAP and GAAS issues.
Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.
Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables.

Key Requirements
Bachelors in Commerce
Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA
3+ years relevant experience (non-qualified)
1-year relevant experience (CA qualified)
2 years relevant experience (ACCA/CPA qualified)
Strong technical skills in accounting
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
