Job Summary
The People Operations team underpins every stage of the employee lifecycle at Bauer, ensuring HR processes, systems and data run reliably, accurately and efficiently.
As a People Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of our people data, supporting operational processes, delivering essential reporting, and helping embed new ways of working.
You’ll have 28 days holiday, bank holidays & 2 volunteer days to use, access to Bauer Academy for development, enhanced parental leave pay, and the opportunity for flexible working.
