Pilot the pre-industrialization phase by providing technical support to the Development teams, ensuring the best technical choices are made to meet Quality, Cost, and Deadline requirements.
Oversee the industrialization of costume jewelry and leather belts for 8 collections per year, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement plan for technical and quality aspects, piloting product improvement projects and reporting on their progress.
