The role is responsible for implementing internal processes to uphold customer quality requirements and preparing documentation for ISO certification audits.
Candidates will coordinate laboratory activities, ensure lab tech schedules align with site demands, and serve as a key technical resource for analytical techniques.

Salary
Base: $115k - $145k Annual; Bonus: 10%; Travel: up to 25%
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
5+ years guiding quality-related functions
Experience with GC FTIR online analyzers
Knowledge of SAP and LIMS systems
Proficiency in FMEA and SPC methodologies
Nice-to-have
Semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
ASQ Certification for auditing
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Ability to inspire and empower teams
Knowledge of the 8D process
