Salary
Base: $115,440 - $173,160 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, savings, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included

Must-have
5+ years supervisory leadership experience
Small Business and Consumer lending experience
Proven business development strategy skills
Deep expert knowledge of banking operations
Active NMLS registration status required
Nice-to-have
Notary License preferred
Strong financial analysis capabilities
Community engagement and brand ambassadorship
Experience managing complex store portfolios
Ability to negotiate with diverse partners
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years related experience in retail or financial services
Active NMLS registration as Mortgage Loan Originator
Satisfactory criminal background and credit check results
