Job Summary

• The Sr. Manager, HR Consultant, will provide expertise and direction on change management, communication and human capital strategies related to Operations projects impacting our stores.
• This role partners with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence at the SSC on designated projects to ensure all HR resources are involved as needed, with the right timing and expertise to deliver an effective associate experience.
• This role will be expected to provide subject matter thought leadership on HR processes and associate impacts, as well as drive cross-functional partnership with various HR constituencies to deliver end-to-end solutions and consistent feedback.
