Job Description : Perform on-site installation & commissioning of laboratory equipment, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance Provide after-sales services, prepare service quotation/reports & conduct training for customers Perform QC validation test on equipment before delivery/ship Attend to customer's inquiry pertaining to services (phone & email) Responsible for in-house equipment maintenance and repair Working closely with the Sales/ Customer Care department Support the overseas distributors on technical issues on our house brand equipment Maintain & update the user manual/training document/technical document Support the implemented GDPMDS & ISO 13485 Quality Management System Job Requirement: Min Diploma in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams Possess good verbal & written communication skills Able to work in a team Able to multitask and work under pressure Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Good organization and time management skills Enjoy working in a dynamic startup culture
