• Completion of Anesthesia Technology training program
• 1+ year experience as an anesthesia tech
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• Anesthesia Technician Certification (AT)
• Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer. A.T.T.)
