  • Supervises staff and oversees all aspects of facility operations related to events, including hiring, training, and directing work.
  • Meets with client groups to plan and organize events, coordinating activities with service contractors and guiding clients through contract provisions and policies.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between clients and facility departments, monitoring in-house events to ensure successful outcomes and following up on client requests.
