Job Summary
Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for engine programs, managing supplier technical performance and resolving non-conformance issues.
Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, mentor junior staff, and lead cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Level 4:$110,500 – $149,500; Level 5: $138,550 - $187,450; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and time away from work
