  • Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for engine programs, managing supplier technical performance and resolving non-conformance issues.
  • Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
  • Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, mentor junior staff, and lead cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
