Must-have
Victorian Workers' Compensation scheme experience
Strong understanding of WorkSafe guidelines
Experience in technical specialist role
Claims entitlement and file review capability
Stakeholder engagement with Legal teams
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting or coaching case managers
Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Key Requirements
Solid experience in Victorian Workers' Compensation scheme
