Job Summary
The Director of the Wisconsin Union’s Office for Student Organizations, Leadership and Involvement (SOLI) provides primary leadership, administrative oversight, mission and vision development, budget oversight, supervision, and day-to-day management of SOLI.
The position holds responsibility for campus-wide efforts and partnership development around activities and issues critical to student organizations and leadership opportunities.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the Student Organization Resource Team (SORT), serving as a unit liaison, exercising supervisory authority, overseeing staff managing the Student Activity Center, assisting in strategic planning, and managing the budget.
