Develop and execute communication plans, lead key meetings and forums, set up project infrastructure for information sharing, and engage senior stakeholders—both internal and external.
Contribute to delivery practice improvements and broader CSG initiatives, while mentoring and collaborating with less experienced project managers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of project management experience
Experience in IT, Telecommunications, or wholesale/reseller business environments, Banking
PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications (preferred)
Strong understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics
