Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with People Change Management
  • Experience in change management and strategy development
  • Degree/diploma in Business, Change Management or related field
  • Understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR methodology (asset)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms
