Key Requirements
3+ years of experience with People Change Management
Experience in change management and strategy development
Degree/diploma in Business, Change Management or related field
Understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR methodology (asset)
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms
