Job Summary

• The Laboratory Supervisor for the freestanding Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Outpatient phlebotomy services, is a working supervisor who provides Technical Consultant responsibilities and day-to-day operational oversight while actively performing clinical laboratory testing.
• This role ensures timely, accurate testing to support patient care, maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and leads assigned laboratory staff through effective staffing coordination, performance management, and clinical leadership.

• 60 semester hours with specific science/MLT courses
