Provides excellent customer service to all Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta customers, coordinating and performing all customer service activities.
Functions as a working supervisor/team leader, acting as first-level escalation and liaison to resolve customer complaints.
Trains new Customer Service Representatives and supports staff on software and customer service procedures, while monitoring performance and participating in process improvement.
