  • Provide on-site administration and support for domain specific applications and computational hardware and software used in faculty research.
  • Coordinate new AI application projects within both FAS and SEAS and ITS, providing instruction and insight as well as creating applications.
  • Responsible for the planning and delivery of customer support services including installation, consultation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
