  • You’ll be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities whilst effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.

up to £78,000; 30% management bonus; Pension match contribution up to 6% employee and 12% employer, life assurance and individual private medical insurance
