Job Summary

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals across the full Order to Cash scope, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence.
  • Manage third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational controls, and define expectations, monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive results aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve escalations, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience, while using advanced analytical tools to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
