Job Summary
The Housekeeping Utility Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfection of corporate office building(s), both inside and outside.
This position also performs and documents routine inspections, as well as maintenance activities and heavy cleaning tasks throughout the corporate office buildings.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous similar experience preferred

Good oral and written communication skills
Must comply with all OSHA, company, and departmental regulations
Must be flexible to work in all corporate buildings/departments
