Job Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end payroll processes, work cross-functionally with global teams, and make a direct impact on operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Central America countries, ensuring full ownership of payroll processes, including data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, payments, and statutory compliance.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives, while managing payroll exceptions, escalations, and complex cases.
