Job Summary
Consulting and support of the specialist departments/key users in the further development and optimization of "end-to-end" business processes in the customer service and plant maintenance area.
Analysis of customer requirements and service messages, creation of solution concepts and configuration of tools and processes consisting of the SAP standard, SAP add-ons and in-house developments.
Attractive remuneration incl. bonus and 30 days of vacation.

Key Requirements
Several years of professional experience
In-depth SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance Customizing experience

Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable field
