Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with clinical, nursing, or business emphasis
  • Master’s Degree in Human Services preferred

  • Professional clinical license as required by state
  • CPR and de-escalation certification
  • Two years supervisory/management experience if supervising
  • Experience with TJC and/or CARF accreditation preferred
