Job Summary

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist, record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Assist in maintaining department, participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, and assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
