The Conversion Crew Member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, and stages.
This physically demanding position requires the candidate to be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and be available to work a flexible schedule revolving around the event calendar.
Essential duties include assisting with event setups, changeovers, and operational tasks, as well as performing facility operational tasks on non-event days and ensuring proper maintenance of all equipment.
