Job Summary
The Venue Technology Supervisor serves as the frontline technology leader for venue operations, positioned between the Venue Technology Manager and Venue Technology Assistants.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality of technical support delivered by Venue Technology Assistants while remaining hands-on with event operations.
The Supervisor ensures all customer-facing and back-of-house technology systems are operational, compliant, and supported before, during, and after events.
