Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors, answer telephones, and perform general administrative and clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.
  • Essential duties include checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and keeping the reception area tidy.
  • This position has no clinical involvement and requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system.
