Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors, answer telephones, and perform general administrative and clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and keeping the reception area tidy.
This position has no clinical involvement and requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system.
