  • The Value Stream Leader (VSL) is accountable for the full operational and financial performance of the Fusion value stream from raw materials through to finished goods.
  • This role ensures exceptional results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and People Development (SQDCIP).
