This role focuses on driving strategic change and process improvements to enhance profitability and operational performance across the DPD Sterile EU & APAC Business Unit

Job Summary

  • This position drives strategic change across the network, supports growth, and leads process improvement initiatives through the Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI) framework and digital technologies.
  • You will partner with BU leaders to identify and scope the highest productivity improvement projects, facilitate cultural transformation and behavioral change, and ensure the achievement of the strategic projects for each of the targeted sites.
  • This position is key to the operational and financial performance of the Business Unit and requires the ability to travel regionally and globally up to 30%.
