Base: $75,000 - $111,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3+ years relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and failure investigation
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Positive can-do attitude in high energy environment
Experience with Integer Production System principles
Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements
