  • The Contract Management Director will lead the strategy and execution of supplier contracting, serving as a strategic thought leader with comprehensive knowledge in contract management, negotiations, and P2P.
  • This role ensures all supplier agreements are negotiated, executed, and managed in alignment with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and business objectives, overseeing contract governance and partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
  • The Director will lead a team of contract professionals, implement best practices, optimize CLM technology, and provide executive reporting on the contract portfolio and risk exposure.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years in contract management, vendor management, or procurement within financial services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
  • JD or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing contract governance
  • Familiarity with CLM platforms and integration with ERP systems
