Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum 3 years management experience in Shared Services
Experience managing diverse multi-cultural teams across time zones
Knowledge of Travel & Expense policy implementation and audit
Proficiency in SAP Concur or equivalent T&E systems
Nice-to-have
Spanish language proficiency preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday HR systems
Background in corporate card governance and compliance
Familiarity with Power BI and KNIME reporting tools
Proven track record in process automation and continuous improvement
