  • The Senior Growth & Acquisition Lead drives efficient new user acquisition and activation by leading customer-centric go-to-market strategies across channels, with strong ownership of In-App Campaigns and User Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable programs that deliver against growth and revenue OKRs.
  • Leverage Maya’s ecosystem by collaborating with Sales (Maya Business, Maya Center) and Business Development teams to support co-marketing and distribution-led acquisition initiatives.
