Kraft Heinz is seeking a Manager for Global Change Management based in Mexico City, responsible for leading and executing change management strategies for complex global projects. Job Summary

  • The Kraft Heinz Change Management Office (CMO) strives to drive organizational and behavioral change by owning the planning and execution of change management strategies and plans for projects throughout the organization.
  • You will collaborate with Sr. Change Manager, Project Managers, and onshore Kraft Heinz enterprise Change Management team within Global Business Services (GBS) to oversee the development and delivery of quality transformation change initiatives.
  • Lead change across the project lifecycle using the Kraft Heinz Change Management Methodology to drive Change Management across our projects and integrate change management activities across the project lifecycle phases, including Change Management for Agile projects.
