Job Summary
The IRC is committed to restoring safety, dignity and hope to millions affected by humanitarian crises through strategic GEDI and safeguarding initiatives.
The GEDI and Safeguarding Manager will lead the implementation of gender equality and safeguarding strategies, ensuring inclusive and equitable program and operational practices in Uganda.
The role involves capacity building, training, stakeholder engagement, and promoting a safe and supportive work environment aligned with IRC’s core values.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
4 years professional experience in gender, diversity, inclusion or safeguarding
At least 1 year supervising team serving survivors of violence
