Key Requirements
3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience
Strong portfolio showing problem-solving, systems thinking, and product design at scale
Proficiency in design programs like Figma or Adobe
Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, portals, or SaaS platforms
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across differing schools of thought
Leverages research-based evidence to inform design decisions
